About the Institute
The Institute for Insight in the Public Services (IIPS) is a joint initiative between BMRB Social Research and its sister company, Henley Centre HeadlightVision. Its purpose is to develop and promote the use of citizen insight to support the transformation of public service delivery in the UK.
